Barrett Honors College Association of Non-traditional Students (BHCANS)
The Barrett Honors College Association of Non-traditional Students (BHCANS- pronounced beacons) is a new student organization at Barrett that recognizes and supports the unique needs and interests of the non-traditional (age 25 or older or a returning student after a 2 year gap in enrollment) honors college student.
BHCANS provides a forum for peer advice, support and encouragement, a shared resource base, and an opportunity for the non-traditional student to develop a vibrant, interconnected community of their peers at Barrett. We welcome all those who are interested to come to our meetings to learn about this fun and exciting student organization and participate in our activities.
